In 2009 Mike became an independent appraiser and formed Redlick Appraisals.

Mike has gained more than 24 years of corporate experience while working for Safeway Inc. from 1985 to 2003 and in the Banking Industry from 2003 to 2009. Mike held titles of Senior Research Analyst, Customer Service Manager, and worked as Logistics and Inventory Process Manager during his time at Safeway. After Safeway, Mike became a residential real-estate appraiser for Wells Fargo/ World Savings / Wachovia until 2009.

Mike is currently president and owner of both Redlick Appraisals and Investment Growth Management a Registered Investment Adviser. Both businesses are licensed in the state of CA.
